  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–3business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Address modifications can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Share your order number and supporting photos/videos.
