Very disappointing e.xperience with Nilu's Collection
I ordered a jewellery set in silver colour, but I received a golden colour product, which was completely different from what I ordered and not something I liked.
I returned the parcel, and the return was successfully completed. However, I am still facing problems with my refund/exchange. I have not received my refund yet, and there is no clear update regarding the exchange either.
The customer support experience has also been very disappointing. The response time is extremely slow, and getting proper information about my issue has been difficult. As a customer, I expected better communication and faster resolution, especially when the mistake happened from the company's side by sending me the wrong colour.
I hope Nilu's Collection improves its quality checking, customer support, response time, and refund process. Currently, I am still waiting for a proper resolution to my issue.
